Warehouse Shift Manager - Johannesburg East

Responsibilities:

Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and order fulfillment to meet strict deadlines
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies
Drive performance and motivation across teams, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality
Analyze operational data and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Shift Manager/Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a FMCG warehouse
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational processes
Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet performance targets
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, public holidays and weekends
