Review and analyse contractual documents and project specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
Manage and assess cost data associated with facility condition assessments
Conduct quantity take-offs to produce accurate construction cost estimates and bills of quantities
Prepare detailed reports on construction costs and provide in-depth budget analysis
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting quantity surveying
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
Experienced in using WinQS and DimX software
Must hold a valid driver’s license

Qualification:
BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
 
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
