Lead the finance division of the Durban plant by delivering quality reporting, maintaining compliance with legislation, and developing staff to support sustainable business growth.

Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packs
Provide in-depth financial analysis at Manco level
Act as a business partner to the GM and other departments
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability
Finalize monthly results in line with corporate guidelines
Prepare annual/quarterly budgets, forecasts, and labour/machine rates.
Coordinate audits and tax engagements with the Shared Services Centre (SSC)
Manage working capital and cashflow forecasting
Oversee Capex projects and calculate ROI
Maintain and improve compliance with internal controls

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years as a Finance Manager in manufacturing/FMCG
Knowledge of IFRS and financial legislation
Advanced skills in Excel
Familiarity with SAP, Radius, or similar manufacturing ERP systems is advantageous

Qualification:
CA(SA)/ ACMA/CGMA
BCom Finance Honours Degree
