Key Performance Areas

a) Assist with Leasing with OWS representatives for all lodge reservations which affects scheduling.
b) Ensuring all guests/staff skeleton bookings are entered as per Camp/OWS requests.
c) Extracting all bookings from WISH charter tables and enter in to scheduling system as for Schedulers to allocate to schedule efficiently and in a timely manner
d) Sending/Answering queries from OWS representatives regarding guest’s bookings and details required for scheduling.
e) Ensuring to monitor booking notes and liaising with Schedulers on special needs/requests.
Reservations play an active and important role in the company’s Safety and Quality Management Systems and must:
Actively seek, identify and report hazards to the air operation;
Investigate the root cause of hazards when assigned to do so;
Notify the Operations and Safety Managers of any issues regarding the safety of the Company’s air operation
