Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, in German.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Document customer interactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

 

 

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably call center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
