Seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager with experience in Exports to oversee and manage critical operations, drive efficiency, and deliver on project objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is integral to ensuring smooth execution of operations, managing exports, and contributing to the scalability and growth of the business.

Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager
Demonstrated experience in managing export processes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in operational software (e.g., ERP, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across various departments
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices
Manage export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and on-time delivery
Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals
Monitor supply chain and logistics processes to ensure quality control and timely outcomes
Develop and analyze KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and make data-driven decisions
Manage operational budgets and resources to maximize cost-efficiency
Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and relationship management
