Our client in Paarl is looking for a Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities:
Data collection, processing, verification, quality control and reconciliation
Administrative tasks
Client service and liaison
Teamwork
Ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
2 – 3 years of relevant administrative experience preferably within the wine industry.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
Strong organising, planning and time management skills.
Sound numerical ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal relations and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to function independently and as part of a team.
A positive, self-disciplined, energetic, professional and assertive individual
