Are you a dynamic finance professional with a passion for driving business performance and stakeholder success in the retail industry? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our client’s fast-paced, innovative team and play a pivotal role in shaping their financial strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, influence decision-making, and align financial goals with business objectives.
Client Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, ensuring financial strategies meet client expectations and deliver measurable results.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to drive performance, foster development, and create a culture of excellence.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Deliver accurate financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Oversee budgeting processes and ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining service quality.

Non-Negotiables:

CA(SA) or CIMA qualification** is mandatory.
Proven track record in stakeholder and client management in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a similar role within the retail or FMCG sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
