Job Description:
As the Credit Controller, your duties and responsibilities could include the following:
Ensure timely payment collections while maintaining strong customer retention
Reconcile and manage complex accounts efficiently
Oversee and control the management of new accounts
Onboard new accounts using external vetting systems
Handle the collection of non-tender debt, tender debt and intergroup debt
Monitor debtor balances to reduce Days Sales Outstanding
Ensure adherence to credit and collection policies and procedures within the team
Communicate effectively and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
 
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in a credit control position
Proficiency in SAP would be highly advantageous
Advanced Excel Skills
Credit vetting experience 

Qualification:
Credit Management 1,2 and 3
Relevant tertiary qualification other than mentioned above would also be acceptable
Grade 12 (Matric)
