A leading FMCG company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee their logistics operations. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ensuring efficient and effective dispatch processes.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in the FMCG sector
At least 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, overseeing teams and processes
Strong background in dispatch management, with the ability to optimize and streamline operations
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high operational standards
