Are you a motivated and experienced Manager with a passion for driving strategic initiatives in the non-profit and CSR sectors? Our client, a well-known leading Pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced professional to lead and implement impactful initiatives that align with both the organization’s mission and its corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in non-profit management, CSR, or a related field
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives
Ability to develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with both the non-profit’s mission and the company’s CSR objectives
Proven track record of leading an organization towards achieving short-term and long-term goals, while ensuring financial health and operational efficiency
Excellent communication and project management skills
