Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field
5 to 8 years of experience as a SHERQ Manager, with a proven track record of managing safety, health, environmental, risk, and quality systems
In-depth knowledge of SHERQ regulations, compliance, and best practices
Strong leadership skills
