A prominent Heavy Manufacturing Client in Johannesburg is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Distribution Manager to lead their logistics operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence in a complex and high-stakes environment.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
5 to 10 years of proven experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on dangerous goods
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in planning and dispatching dangerous goods and managing active cycles
Strong understanding of field execution, including transport logistics for dangerous goods and contract management
