Are you an experienced and dynamic Production Manager with a passion for food manufacturing? We are looking for a talented individual to oversee our production operations in the Western Cape. This is a key leadership role where you’ll ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of food products in compliance with food safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Production Management or related field
A minimum of 5 years of Production Management experience is essential
At least 6-8 years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally within food manufacturing
Proven experience in managing production teams and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve production processes
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
