Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field
5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within an FMCG environment
6 to 8 years of experience in a technical management role in a manufacturing setting
Extensive experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and plant optimization
Strong leadership and cross-functional team collaboration
