Our client is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join their team and help maintain excellence in blending processes and food safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar blending or manufacturing role
In-depth knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP, and Prerequisite Programs in a food manufacturing environment
Experience within the spice or food manufacturing industry is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in monitoring and improving blending processes
