Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
Develop and analyze complex financial models to evaluate potential opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive deal execution and ensure seamless communication.
Conduct detailed market research and strategic analysis to identify and assess potential acquisition targets.
Provide data-driven insights to influence key strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

A degree in BSc Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (postgraduate qualifications are a plus).
At least 4 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong focus on M&A.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in financial modeling.
A deep understanding of valuation techniques, market trends, and financial statements.
