Candidate Requirements

NDC Personnel & Contractors is actively seeking a qualified Fitter with 3 – 5 years’ experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment for a stimulating career opportunity.

You’ll need a trade test certificate and expertise in maintaining factory/plant equipment, specifically high-speed machinery. Mechanical acumen, coupled with knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and bearings, will be advantageous!

As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for routine maintenance and repairs on factory/plant equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the optimal functionality of machinery. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in implementing preventive maintenance measures to enhance equipment longevity. We value problem solvers with a keen attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong decision-making skills.
