We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Johannesburg

Role: Construction Project Manager (PrCPM)

Industry: Construction / Project Management

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

•           PrCPM (Professional Construction Project Manager) certification or equivalent

•           5+ years’ experience managing construction projects from inception to completion

•           Strong expertise in budgeting, cost estimation, and project scheduling

•           Experience in managing teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

•           Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)

•           Excellent understanding of construction contracts, building codes, and safety standards

•           Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

•           Exceptional leadership and team management skills

•           Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors

•           Detail-oriented and highly organized

•           Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges on-site

•           Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality

•           Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
