We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-known client. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Electrical Building Services Design: Develop comprehensive designs for electrical systems in residential, retail, commercial, institutional, and medical facilities.

·        Energy Efficiency and Management: Implement energy-saving strategies and designs to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.

·        Reticulation and Distribution Systems: Design and oversee the installation of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) reticulation and distribution systems, up to 22kV.

·        Water and Sanitation Projects: Contribute to the design of electrical systems for water and sanitation projects, including motor control centers (MCCs), pump stations, treatment plants, telemetry systems, and cathodic protection systems.

·        C&I Systems: Leverage design experience and a strong working knowledge of control and instrumentation (C&I) systems to enhance project efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications and Experience:

·        Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng. or B.Sc.)

·        Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) – Professional Registration preferred.

·        5-10 years of post-registration design and project experience

·        Proficiency in relevant software tools, including MS Office, MS Project, Reticmaster/Powamaster, AutoCAD, Dialux, and Ulysse
