We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced to join our Pretoria based client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful commercial projects, particularly within the hotel and residential development sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BTech Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Registered with the SACQSP and pursuing professional registration
• Minimum 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on commercial projects, especially hotels and residential developments.
• Data centres and healthcare facilities a bonus.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., WinQS,)
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and industry standards
