Contractual Customer Services Agent – Pretoria East

Salary – R8 000 depending on experience

NEEDS TO START BY 06 JANUARY 2025 – Interviews will take place this week and next week, for placement.

CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYMENT FROM JANUARY 2025 TILL MARCH 2025 (POSSIBILITY OF PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT AFTERWARDS) – MUST COMPLETE CONTRACT

Working Hours: 

08h00-17h00 OR 07h00-19h00 depending on Retail Hours (Monday- Friday)

Every 2^nd Saturday 09:00-13:00

One of our clients, an Academic Online Bookshop, based in Pretoria East, are currently searching for a Bilingual and well-spoken Customer Services Agent in the Retail and Logistics environment!

This position is a Contractual position from January 2025 – March 2025, and might go permanent thereafter! MUST COMPLETE CONTRACT

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for someone who can communicate VERY well in both English and Afrikaans (both on the telephone and per email) in order to assist our students in the most efficient way possible

Requirements:

Grade 12 – Please attach certificate to CV

Ages 20 – 30

Must have a degree, a communications degree might be a good option

Tertiary Qualification in Communication or Call Centre Studies (Advantageous)

Reliable transport

Eager to learn

Great problem-solving capabilities

Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

Very well spoken

Presentable

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering telephone queries for students enquiring about books/orders

Answering email queries for students enquiring about books/orders

Assisting in doing price research

Assisting on following up with purchase orders

Arranging for collection waybills with couriers
