Location: Sandton

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk within the financial framework
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Collaborate with senior management on key financial and business decisions
Oversee tax, audit, and treasury functions

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification
Extensive experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Ability to drive financial performance and ensure sustainable growth
