Key Responsibilities:
The Social Media Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing and managing social media and direct marketing initiatives across digital sales platforms. Working closely with the marketing managers and guided by the annual marketing strategy, this position focuses on creating and implementing campaigns designed to expand community engagement, attract new audiences, and convert interactions into meaningful actions.
 
Requirements:
Develop and share engaging, audience-specific content to enhance brand presence and grow online communities
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, working closely with customer service to address queries
Manage the scheduling and publishing of content, handling spontaneous posts as needed, even during weekends, holidays, or after-hours
Monitor consumer feedback, flagging potential issues and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them effectively
Provide guidance on handling challenging consumer questions, including when and how to participate in online discussions on behalf of the brand
Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist to implement paid social campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate content rollouts and major projects across all social platforms
Analyse performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and suggest strategies to drive revenue and meet KPIs
Explore and recommend new social media platforms and digital channels to connect with emerging audiences
Assist in adopting new social technologies and supporting their implementation
Occasionally take on additional responsibilities aligned with your expertise as directed
Investigate new e-commerce opportunities on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other digital
marketplaces for potential expansion
 
Skills & Experience:
Proven expertise in growing brand engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Experience using email marketing tools and platforms
Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
 
Key Competencies:
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal abilities to represent the brand effectively and manage escalated situations
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and make informed decisions under pressure
Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
