Qualifications:

·         CompTIA A+ Qualification.

·         CompTIA N+ Qualification.

·         Microsoft Qualifications in MS 365 Fundamentals, PowerApps.

Fundamentals:

·         System Development Qualifications (NQF L5).

·         MCSA Server 2016, MCSE Core infrastructure.

·         CompTIA Security+, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.

·         AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Essentially, they need to support:

·         Desktops, Servers, Network Infrastructures, Security & Firewalls, Cloud Services & Backup.
