As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a friendly, professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide detailed product or service information and guide customers through troubleshooting processes.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, product updates, and service procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or support environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude, a team player, and a strong desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
