Job Opportunity: Procurement Coordinator
Purpose: Manage the acquisition of goods, materials, and services to support production needs.

Responsibilities

• Forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and warehousing teams.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Manage purchase orders and inventory alignment with production schedules.

Requirements

• Degree or Supply Chain Diploma (e.g., SAPICS) advantageous.
• At least 3 years in FMCG or a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Sage Evolution, SAP, Syspro).
• Strong purchasing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and financial awareness.
