Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
3+ years of experience in a high mass volume manufacturing environment.
Feed mill experience within the poultry industry is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards within the feed mill industry.
