Job Description:
As the Financial Controller, your duties and responsibilities could include the following:
Prepare and present the monthly financial reporting package to management
Represent the finance department at Manco level
Provide detailed financial analysis
Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at driving profitability
Ensure the timely completion of monthly financial results in accordance with corporate guidelines
Lead the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts
Develop and update annual labour and machine rate calculations
Coordinate and finalize all audit and tax engagements within the designated timelines
Provide secondary support for AR, AP and job costing activities
Manage working capital requirements and produce related reporting
Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow forecasts
Oversee capital expenditure projects and calculate return on investments
Review and ensure compliance with internal controls, identifying opportunities for improvement
 
Skills & Experience:
Advanced Excel skills
Strong knowledge of IFRS and other financial legislations
Proficiency in SAP
Experience working on manufacturing ERP systems would be beneficial

Qualification:
Completed Bcom degree
Bcom Honours degree would be beneficial
CA(SA) Designation or CIMA qualified
