Our client is looking for a meticulous Manager, to take responsibility for client communications, oversee the daily operations and compliance thereof as well as leading and guidance across the board. Overseeing daily operations to ensure timely and compliant tax, payroll, and statutory filings
Managing task and project allocation based on workload and deadlines
Reviewing and reporting operational performance to senior management, focusing on key metrics
Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and providing updates on filings and requests
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by responding promptly and resolving issues efficiently
Leading client onboarding processes and developing strategies for retention and upselling
Staying updated on compliance requirements related to CIPC, SARS, estates, and trusts
Assigning tasks based on knowledge of regulatory matters
Supporting the team in managing estate and trust filings
Providing leadership and direction to client teams across tax, VAT, payroll, and statutory returns
Managing conflicts and disputes with the support of senior management
Overseeing performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting for team members
Setting clear client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and challenges
Handling contract renewals, pricing, and service negotiations with guidance from management
Ensuring the secure handling of client data in compliance with relevant regulations
Training staff on confidentiality and internal data protection policies
Addressing unforeseen client concerns or system issues to ensure seamless operations
Managing workloads during peak periods to ensure adequate support and resources are allocated
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 3-4 years post article experience in management
Managerial and Operational expertise
Strong communication skills
Understanding of CIPC compliance
Qualification:
Completed articles
Completed BCom degree or equivalent
