A reputable beverage manufacturing company in the Eastern Cape is seeking an experienced and skilled Production Manager to lead their operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bottling plant. Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

A minimum of 8 years’ relevant production experience within the manufacturing sector

At least 5 years’ management experience, with a proven track record in leadership

Bottling plant experience is essential

Strong knowledge of production optimization, quality control, and process improvement

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
