An immediately available Junior Bookkeeper and Payroll Admin is needed in the East Rand.

Our client is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator to join their finance team in Wadeville. This role has the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities:

Capturing creditor invoices.
Processing bank transactions.
Performing creditor reconciliations.
Updating cashbooks.
Managing the payroll for weekly wages and monthly staff (approximately 35 employees).
Assisting with audit-related tasks.

Requirements:

Matric (minimum qualification).
A tertiary certificate (advantageous).
3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Pastel Partner.
Knowledge of MIBFA.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
