Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Commercial TiFinancial Advisor in Cape Town. The Commercial Financial Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as selling commercial insurance policies towards achieving a target, providing customer service and maintaining client relationships. These daily tasks would be towards a bigger goal of building a sustainable book of clients/business. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being Cape Town but flexibility for some remote work.

• Experience in customer service and Commercial Insurance sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
