Job Description

To perform the required administrative activities to internal departments in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).

Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
• An Office Administration Certificate will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Procurement/ Administration in an Agricultural/ FMCG environment required.
• Working knowledge of NAV will be a definite advantage.
• Must be Computer literate (Microsoft Package).
• A willingness to work overtime, shifts and weekends when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making sure all invoices are delivered to the Finance Department for payment.
• Occasionally creating NAV purchase orders.
• Capturing PPE Data.
• Assisting with stock takes.
• Posting and scanning invoices onto NAV for the following departments:
• Quality Control.
• Services Department.
• Farm Services.
• Creating Journals for the following items:
• Protective Clothing.
• Farm Services and related chemicals.
• Farm Services duties:
• Recon Farm Services medication and chemicals (NAV vs Excel).
• Confirm growers’ orders before issuing.
• Verify price on NAV before booking out medication to growers.
• Invoice customers on NAV (Farm Services) & Sales Orders.
• Medication and Chemicals stock takes.
• Scan proof of delivery to Share point.
• Any other duties as may be required by management.
