Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in the freight industry
• Ability to formulate business growth strategies and drive implementation
• Expertise in providing strategic direction in relation to markets, customers, competitors, and regions
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets
