Do you have a passion for teaching and IT? Our client is seeking an Internal Trainer to drive employee growth and skill development. You’ll deliver tailored training programs, create engaging materials, collaborate with department heads to address training needs, assess employee knowledge, and keep content updated with the latest IT trends.

Qualifications:

Certification in training tools (e.g., Flowshare).
IT/software experience is advantageous.
At least 1 year of IT training experience in a corporate setting.
Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

Create and update comprehensive training content.
Deliver multi-departmental IT training sessions.
Assess and improve employee IT skills using tailored programs.
Stay updated with industry advancements to ensure relevant training.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Training program development and delivery.
Maintaining accurate training records and reporting on progress.
Collaborative teamwork with stakeholders across all departments.
