Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification
7+ years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry
Proven management experience in a similar role
Relevant qualification in maintenance, engineering, or a related field
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
In-depth knowledge of maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, and repair in a manufacturing environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
