Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CLTD, CSCP) would be highly advantageous
5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or transportation management
5+ years of management experience within an FMCG environment
Proven ability to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
