Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the packaging industry
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation
Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing processes will be an advantage
A collaborative mindset and a drive to learn and grow within the industry
