Hire Resolve is seeking SAICA or SAIPA trainees. The traineeships offer opportunities for candidates to gain practical experience while working towards becoming Chartered Accountants (SAICA) or Professional Accountants (SAIPA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements.
• Process accounting transactions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Participate in external and internal audits.
• Assess financial risks and controls.
• Prepare audit reports and documentation.
• Complete VAT, PAYE, and income tax submissions.
• Provide tax advice to clients under supervision.
• Engage with clients to gather financial data.
• Assist in advisory and compliance services.
• Attend training sessions and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with SAICA/SAIPA training regulations.

Requirements

• For SAICA: Completed or pursuing a BCom Accounting degree accredited by SAICA.
• For SAIPA: Completed or pursuing a BCom degree focused on Financial Accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, CaseWare, or QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous for client visits).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
