We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of logistics and operations in our clints warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics, with a proven track record of maximizing efficiency, minimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and logistics processes
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Oversee shipment scheduling and ensure on-time delivery of goods
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
Previous experience in working with Bulk Commodities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in warehouse management systems and software
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
