Requirements

·       At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

·       Proficient in using Microsoft Project Professional for project planning and tracking.

·       Strong ability to read, interpret, and organize construction plans and specifications.

Duties include but are not limited to:

·       Ensure that all contractor activities are aligned with the construction schedule and manage the timely delivery and use of materials according to the design specifications.

·       Enforce safety regulations on-site, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety rules.

·       Be able to effectively read, understand, and organize construction plans and specifications to guide the project.
