Our entrenched client is looking for a client-oriented and strategic Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have to work on-site with the client to manage and assist with EDI related projects, assist with providing a strategic direction with regards to EDI at client sites, chair customer meetings relating to the project as well as conduct daily, weekly and monthly activity and statistic reports.

Requirements:

• Preferred 3-year Degree or similar qualification or Project Management qualification
• 3 or more years’ experience in a related IT environment as a Project Manager
• Basic understanding of electronic data interchange, web products and system integration
• Basic understanding of XML
• Basic understanding of communication protocols: FTP, web services, etc.
• Some experience or knowledge within a programming environment
