A global leader in high-performance equipment and solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a CA(SA) with strong operational finance experience and a background in inventory control, production finance, and costing. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Duties:

Lead and manage the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee inventory control and ensure accuracy in stock management and costing.
Provide financial support for production processes, including cost analysis, variance reporting, and profitability analysis.
Develop and implement financial strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Qualifications & Skills:

CA(SA) qualification.
Minimum of 3 years management experience in a financial role.
