We are seeking a Sales Executive & Administrator to join our team in the Randburg CBD. In this dual role, you will provide essential customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Executive :
- Assist customers in selecting memorial products, including tombstones and insurance policies
- Generate leads and meet sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and recommendations based on their need
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Customer follow ups
- Leads management
- Build relationships with funeral homes and cemeteries
Administrator:
- Manage office duties such as answering calls, emails, and handling customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and databases of customer orders
- Oversight on casual workers
- Social media management
- Credit control
- Petty cash control
- Shop management

Required Skills
- Sales: 2 to 3 years
- Social Media Marketing: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Years Sales experience with a good track record is a plus (not mandatory)
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Computer literacy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Non Negotiable
- Insurance sales experience beneficial but not essential
- Multilingual.
- Empathetic and respectful approach when working with grieving families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) and the ability to create, edit, post quality content and generate leads).
- Within commuting distance to Randburg.
- This is an female, EE position

- Exceptional administration and organization skills
- Working hours: Monday to Friday business hours and half day on Saturday.
- Ability to work under pressure.
