Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the products they need, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. The Retail Sales Associate will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock merchandise, and assist with inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer needs and recommend products or services that meet their requirements
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and conduct regular stock checks
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
