An opportunity for an API Success Coordinator.

A leading, growing, credit bureau is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled API Success Coordinator to join their Customer Success team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that their clients achieve success through seamless API integration and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Support: Assist clients with API setup, integration, and troubleshooting. Provide ongoing support to ensure they can make full use of our API.
API Education & Training: Educate clients on how to use the API effectively, ensuring they understand key features and functionalities.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Work closely with the technical support team to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
Client Feedback & Improvement: Gather and relay client feedback to the product and engineering teams, contributing to continuous improvement of the API offering.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and monitor client usage of the API, providing regular reports on usage, potential issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or technical support role, ideally in SaaS or API-based companies.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, API documentation, and common integration protocols (e.g., JSON, XML). Basic knowledge of software development practices is a plus.
