Are you a seasoned finance professional eager to lead and optimize a regional finance function in a dynamic global environment? Our client is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to oversee their South Africa and UK financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic support for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee regional finance operations, reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and costing models.
Lead B-BBEE compliance and manage treasury and statutory requirements.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team.
Collaborate globally to improve financial processes and data insights.

Requirements:

Qualified CA with completed articles (non-negotiable).
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles.
Experience in the Fintech space advantageous.
