Are you an experienced finance professional ready to lead and shape the financial operations of a dynamic organization? We are seeking a Senior Finance Officer to take charge of our client's finance operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations Management:
- Oversee trial balance accuracy, reconciliations, and statutory submissions.
- Lead the preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
- Manage payroll processing, VAT submissions, and compliance requirements.
Strategic Financial Oversight:
- Deliver financial analysis to support decision-making and planning.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports.
- Drive financial performance and risk mitigation across the organization.
Supplier and Vendor Relations:
- Manage supplier accounts, reconciliations, and payment processes.
- Resolve internal and external queries promptly and effectively.
Audit and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes seamlessly.
Leadership and Process Improvement:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related degree.
Extensive experience in financial management and reporting.
Proficient in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and compliance regulations.
