Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain an efficient filing and document management system (physical and digital).
Communication Management
Answer and screen phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Relay messages and ensure timely follow-ups.
Office Coordination
Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels.
Coordinate office maintenance requests and liaise with vendors as necessary.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
Data and Record Management
Maintain accurate records of minutes, agendas, and action items from meetings.
Update and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
General Support Tasks
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Assist in other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role; familiarity with office systems and procedures.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers)
